- AISI 430 stainless steel oven, rounded corners, cast iron hearth, removable structure, insulated double-walled door, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
- Very high efficiency brass burners and crowns, “Flower Flame” technology, gas valve regulation. Enamelled cast iron grids (450×350 mm).
- Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, placed in the vault and under the bottom of the oven. ON/OFF switch, regulation from 110°C to 285°C, with 1 grid.
